How do I get my Gallery Profile Image on the Member Directory?
Anyone with a Professional Membership which costs $45 per month can put up an image of their choosing to represent themselves under their Member Profile. This image is also automatically placed on the Featured Membership rotating image.
I've made an offer, but I haven't heard anything back.
It is recommended that offers made should be replied to within 24 hours. A follow-up email is automatically sent to the person one day and seven days after the initial offer. If the person hasn't responded after a week,
can assume they aren't interested. The trade will be listed in your Trade History which
may want to revisit later.

What is the My Search Function?

If I want to trade for a year membership to Art U Trade, how do I pay for it?
Once both parties have agreed on the trade and have finalized it, then the individual who is paying for the membership needs to email us at info@artutrade.com. We will verify with both parties that they have completed the trade, and we will then credit the one year membership either Premium or Professional and process the payment.
